Q: Is Arli Arms open to the public?
A: Yes ! Arli Arms, originally known as Modern Warrior Gunsmithing, is officially open for the public in Beverly Hills! The new location contains a custom showroom alongside a training facility for all your self defense and private training with your own firearm as well!

Q: I got an email saying my package shipped but, no tracking info, why?
A: When an order is batched, a label is printed, and a tracking number is automatically assigned. This means the package is ready for processing and will be shipped once processing is complete, typically within 2-6 business days but possibly up to 10 business days. *Note: This timeframe does not apply to firearms/gunsmithing packages.

Q: Does Arli Arms offer training?

A: Yes! Our partner company, The Training Center offers full service training at our facility.

Q: I received a USPS tracking number for a firearm order, and it has remained stagnant, why?
A: What you received is an automated response from our system. Please disregard the 'shipped' notification, as well as the provided tracking number. When your order is ready for shipment, we will call you before we proceed. That way, you'll know the exact day that your order will be shipped out.

Q: What is DROS and how much does it cost? When are DROS fees due?
A: DROS is an acronym for Dealer Record of Sale. The CA DOJ fee for a single firearm transaction is $37.19. (The DROS fee is $31.19 which covers the costs of the background checks and transfer registry, there is also a $1.00 Firearms Safety Fee, and a $5.00 Firearm Safety Enforcement Fee; for a total of $37.19). Your CA DOJ fee is due at the time of DROS submittal, also known as the start of your ten day waiting period. The dealer will generally collect this fee at that time, as they are charged the $37.19 fee by the CA DOJ, independent of whether you pass the background check or not. The dealer simply acts as the middleman for collecting this $37.19, as 100% of this $37.19 is repaid by us to the State of California. Additionally if you do not pick up your firearm within a 30 day time frame from DROS submittal, CA DOJ mandates that you must start the DROS process over again and pay the appropriate fees again. The additional charge for transfers is commonly referred to as the ‘dealer fee’. It is the ‘dealer fee’ that may vary from one business to the next.
